Your go-to resource for quick answers to commonly asked questions. Whether you’re new here or need clarification on specific topics, this page aims to provide straightforward solutions and explanations.
What services do you provide under the NDIS?
We offer a wide range of NDIS disability support services tailored to your needs, including Personal Care, Social & Community Participation, Domestic Assistance, Meal Preparation, Home & Garden Maintenance, Short Term Accommodation (Respite), Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, and Employment Support.
Our goal is to help you live safely, independently, and confidently in your own home and community.
Can I choose my support worker and customise my supports?
Yes, absolutely. We believe in participant choice and control. You can select support workers based on your preferences such as gender, language, cultural background, and availability.
Your supports are fully customisable and can be tailored to your goals, daily routine, and level of independence—with options for one-on-one care, group activities, flexible hours, and weekend or after-hours support.
Are your services covered by NDIS funding?
Yes. Most of our supports are funded under NDIS Core Supports and Capacity Building, including Assistance with Daily Living, Social & Community Participation, Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery, and Employment-related supports.
If you’re unsure what your plan covers, we can help you understand your NDIS funding and show you how to use it effectively to reach your goals.
